The Colonial Oak Water Company is an entity designed to deliver water to 66 homes in a section of Prunedale, CA.  Its board members are all residents of the area and clients of the water company. Prices for water and assessments to clients are solely intended to share the cost of delivering water amongst its client members.  

The water comes from several wells on one well lot located off Marjorie Ave and is pumped uphill and stored in three tanks located at the top of Leon Drive.

 

A company called Dougherty Pump & Drilling provides maintenance services for the system.  Our water system has no employees or paid technical staff (only volunteers).
